I’m a lifelong learner with an insatiable curiosity about the human body - so I’m not surprised by the work that I do today as a Somatic Educator & Cycle Coach.
Before I was radically shifting how women(x) connect to their true selves, I worked in the health sector. Although I adored my work, something was missing. A series of events brought me to complete my yoga teacher training - and today, I realize this was just the beginning of my journey back to my authentic, free, and cyclical self.
It took me a long time to truly connect to my body. I had a hard exterior, and showed up as a “hyper-independent” woman(x). I had little connection to my cycle, and was largely ignoring my physical and emotional needs.
One way this manifested was by the intense premenstrual symptoms I experienced, every. single. month. Ranging from extreme bloating, erratic mood swings, tender breasts, heaviness in my legs and a sore lower back. I was so out of touch, that I thought these were “normal” symptoms.
My yogic journey laid the foundation to the inner-work, but ultimately it is Cyclical living and Somatic experiencing that truly connected me to my body and womb.
Witnessing the women(x) I work with grow in confidence, self-love, feel more energized and experience less pain and discomfort, while they tap into pleasure daily, ignites my sense of passion and fuels the work I do.
